2002 Version Update History

Update 13.03  (11/20/2002):
- Changed system to make sure the "storm" database remains closed while system is not active
- Corrected Watch and Warning table print function
- Fixed minor problem with damage comment
- Corrected Flood Index display problem
- Corrected some minor wind band display problems
- Corrected minor problem with animation of actual forecast
- Enhanced display of average error forecast... with fast moving storms
- Modified the Global System's Pacific HURRTRAK ONLINE decode module (PACDEC) to handle miscellaneous JTWC advisory inconsistencies again.
- Corrected several other minor program errors

Update 13.02  (8/15/2002):
- Fixed hurricane recon email send function
- Corrected a "rare" email send problem
- Changed tropical weather outlook to not display the outlook if it is more than 4 days old
- Modified the Global System's Pacific HURRTRAK ONLINE decode module (PACDEC) to allow for miscellaneous JTWC advisory inconsistencies

Update 13.01  (6/24/2002):
