"Executive" style Impact report

New in 2008, a tracking chart image, the ability to "send" the report automatically when new data arrives, and forecast rainfall for each location.

This report is a new and alternative way to view the information that is included with the Impact Summary Reports.  It is more "executive" friendly as it shows the storm's potential impact by location in an easy to read format.  The report example shown below is for Hurricane Wilma when it was about 250 miles of the SW coast of Florida.
